Payment and dispatch

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, France, Spain, Italy.

Delivery is excluded to the following islands: Delivery to German islands included, delivery to foreign islands possible on request at an extra charge!

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge flat-rate shipping costs abroad as follows:

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2 - 4 days for domestic deliveries (Germany) and within 5 - 7 days for international deliveries after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further payment details

If you pay in advance, we grant you a 3% discount on the gross value of the order.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.
